Stay Over + Screaming Trip

Sigh, after all, I think I'm gonna write about our Genting trip. Heeeee.

So, on Friday afternoon, Syt and Lee came over to my house to stay over because the next day we were going to Genting together. Lee watched Hidarime Tantei Eye while Syt watched 下一站,幸福. And then suddenly my mum asked if we would like to take pictures, so we got all crazy and started to pose whatever poses we could think of. For example :

More craziness here!

We were determined to wake up early the next morning for a badminton game and some cycling. So, I set the alarm at 6 am, and of course the alarm did ring at 6 am, but I ignored it and let it snooze for 4 times at 15 minutes interval. Heeeee. Until at 7 am, we were at last awake but reluctantly. I actually korek-ed them up. :) So, we played badminton but it was suckish. Like shit, I tell you. I know you guys can imagine ya? We didn't go for cycling though, too tired and then Syt continued with her 2-more-episodes-gonna-finish drama.

At around 10 am, we got ready for Genting. Ate chicken rice with my aunts and cousins. Then in the car, we slept. Of course, right?

Then, at Genting, we checked in into our apartment. Not impressive AT ALL, I tell you. It was creeeeeepy and dirty! Even the lift was shaky. My goodness, I seriously thought I was going to die in that lift. So expensive somemore, RM750 for a night. What's?! We didn't even dare to shower the next morning, we only changed clothes and brushed our teeth. That's all. Okay, actually, that's all for them but I washed my hair in the BASIN. Yes, basin. It was too oily that I couldn't take it. Lol.

On the first day, we went for some shopping first and bought some stuffs because there were sales. Then, we wanted to go for Motion Master, so we bought the RM8 tickets for entrance but then, the movie showing on that day was Haunted House. My gosh. Lee and I were like NO NO NO NO NO but Syt was like YES YES YES YES YES. Lol. So, we decided not to waste that RM8 ticket, and went for roller coaster instead. So not worth it, RM8 for a ride. Sigh, learnt from mistake. :( We didn't go for outdoor theme park because it was raining and decided to buy the All Park ticket for the next day because it's cheaper that way. WAY CHEAPER. :D We ate at Hainan Restaurant. The ironic thing is, we ate Western Food instead. LOL, Chicken Chop, Fish and Chips and sandwich. Man, expensive, but it's Genting after all.

I was thinking what else happened on the first day. How could I have forgotten about this?! WE WENT TO SNOW WORLD!! YES YES YES!! It was super fun!! We played the ummm, I don't know how to say, we sat on a kind of pelampung-like round thingy and slided down a huge slide. Wait, it's not called a slide but I don't know what in the world it was. I hope you get what I mean. Lol. It was kinda painful, because I kept on hitting the walls beside and I was like FLYING down. Woots! Chi kik ah! Then the small slide there looked okay, but in fact it was pretty scary too. Because it was steep and slippery that I almost slipped even before sliding down. Phew! We weren't allowed to take pictures but we didn't care, and took out my camera. We took a few pictures before the cameramen came inside. But a few people were caught with their cameras and were asked to keep them outside. Good thing we weren't caught! And we had free ice-cream too! Eating ice-cream in such a cold weather is SO FUN. We threw snowballs at each other and some even went into my mouth. Eww. The worst thing was when the snow went into our clothes. So freezing cold and geli. HAHA. When it was about to reach the time limit, we quickly took last minute pictures. Even the cameramen didn't give a damn anymore about us snapping here and there. But they did look a bit beh song. Heh.

Oh yeah, we wanted to go bowling but quite expensive, so no. And we wanted to take some purikura pictures, but so expensive, holy RM35 for a picture, so no. We wanted to go rock climbing, but RM4 per climb and so scary, so no. Man, we were so pathetic. LOL. And then at night, we met up with my mum and we celebrated my birthday. A super mini celebration. We bought some pies and a tiny cake and sat in a restaurant to rest. Our legs were almost broken that time. After that, we went to the arcade because it seemed so fun. But holy, one game for RM 4-5. So no. Heee, my goodness why were we so pathetic. No choice, wanna save money mah. Lee spent the most, followed by Syt and then me! I only spent RM37 on the first day. Heheh. We ended up sitting on the kids' rides while waiting for my parents to come out from the casino. Everyone who passed by was looking at us like 0.o. Syt was sitting opposite me and it was quite a distance to reach her. So in order to pass my camera to her, I asked a passerby to pass it to her. Lol. Lee was like, "OMG you're so brave." Haha, this was the result of laziness. Yes. :)

Because my dad was in a good mood, I think you know why, he wanted to treat us supper. So we went for pizza. Wow, so the full. After walking all day, we were stuffing food again. So much for burning calories. -.-

Theeeeeen, on the next day, we left the apartment at around 7.30 am for the outdoor themepark! Yes yes!! Haha, I screamed so much! We persuaded Lee to go for Space Shot although I sendiri also didn't muster up my courage for it but she almost cried and because of that, she got all nauseous for the whole day. Man, I feel so guilty. But we tried on a few roller coasters and by now, I'm addicted to roller coasters! But not the Corkscrew please. Not the 360 degrees one. I will die, I tell you. However, the forever-adventurous Syt went for it! She said it was fun. She went for Space Shot too! We went for lots of games like Bumper Boat, Fun Kart (something like car racing), Spinner (of course, right?! Heee), Space Lab, Flying Dragon, the train roller coaster I forgotten the real name, Cyclone (apparently it's Malaysia's first ever roller coaster) and Syt and Lee went for Pirate Ship but I didn't because I would get all dizzy and vomit. But you know what the first game we played was? Flying Jumbo. Yeah, you didn't get me wrong. Heee. FLYING JUMBO, the kiddy kiddo one. :)

And then we went indoor for motion master! The movie showing on the second day was Turtle Vision, kiddy kiddo one. Not chi kik at all, not like the motion master last time where there was car racing or stuff like that. Sigh, how disappointing. Even the queue was disappointing, we had to wait for 1 hour for our turn! It was so packed inside. Oh well. Then before going back, we went for lunch at Hot Pot. We were supposed to eat steamboat, but because it was RM31 per person, so no. We ate set lunch instead. :)

Lastly, we said BYE BYE to Genting and went back to Klang. On the way back, I vomitted.

-End of story-

Here are the pictures taken in Genting.

Santa Claus Is Coming To Town !

Me  : Did you see any hot guys there?
Low: It's very cold here...so no hot guys.

Vomit blood. i tell you.
.......

Seems that she enjoys very much in japan, i'm happy for her.
Shieh Er's Vietnam posts were interesting too. I like it when she blogged every single day. lol
Just so you know, Wendy will be leaving to Turket next Tuesday for two months.
It sounds so long, doesn't it? :(

Anyway, i attended the District Interact Conference last two weeks.

Imagine 14-hours-talks in three days, oh come on. i don't really sense any fun there.
Plus, i don't really like partying and the loud music all.
That's the reason why i didn't say it was fun.
Nevertheless, we still took some pictures.

Klang's Interactors.

Watched The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader yesterday.
It was darn good i can say. Way better than the previous one.
It truly inspired me a lot.
Aslan once said : 'People always spend too much time on what they had lost but not what they had given.'
That's true enough and I guess i'm one of the people.
I once posted in my facebook status, saying that ' Everyone of us has an Aslan in our soul, it's just the matter we believe or not. '
And yes. I want to believe.

Till here.

Another Place In The World

Hey there my dear lovable darlings!! Don't puke, please. Long time no post here, huh?

Well, the main point of me posting this is to say.. LOW MIAN EN and WENDY TAN, have a safe journey! I'm gonna miss you guys like hell man. Anyway, still, 一路顺风! Low will be away to another place in the world for more than 2 weeks and Wendy, two months!! Wendy, I'm pretty positive that you'll be able to adapt to the country on the first day itself. I'm not being too optimistic right, am I? xD

Oh well. So, holidays. It doesn't feel like holiday for me eh. Every day passes in the blink of an eye and it creeps the hell out of me sometimes, seriously. When we were sitting for exams, I begged for time to pass quickly but now, how I wish time would pass as slow as possible. I guess this is why they say, when you are enjoying yourself, time tends to pass faster than you realise. Well, holiday isn't fun for me actually, I have to go to my aunt's house every weekday and what's worse is, I have no entertainment there. I only have my miserable iPod. :(

Guys, when exactlly are we going out for a group date? Well, I guess not anymore since Low and Wendy won't be here for quite some time eh? Ding and I will not be here too, but only for 5 days. :)

Lastly, to Ding and myself, have a safe journey too! Lol. :D Ehehehe~! *peace*

I See The Fear

''Fear is the thing that keeps me going.''

Yes. That's right. I'm talking about Skytrex.
One word to describe; Adventurous.

Walking on a tiny string,
Tanzan-ed hopping from one rope to another,
Climbing up a 17-meters-height ladder,
Flying fox and etc etc.
Everything seemed easy not-so-hard when i first saw it but the minute i stepped on those things, i knew i had no turning back. Every challenge was like a chain that linked together. The moment i finished one task, i had to continue with another one. Along the way, i just hold the rope that lingered in waist tightly, very tightly. It was like as if my whole life was depended on that rope. I knew i was equipped with all the safety thingy, yet my heart couldn't be helped but skipped a many beat whenever i proceeded to new challenge.

The thing was, you never knew what the next task would be, and there wasn't anyone there to guide you or help you. You had to figure out how to overcome those challenges. It was never easy for beginner like me. I told myself; I'm fighting alone now and that's no way i would chicken out. Move on lady!

That was how i got through everything and came back alive here, in front of the computer, typing this post.I call myself the lucky one. Phew!

I'm kinda glad that Shieh Er and Xin Er didn't come along. They would probably scream like hell. No offence! Yet, i'm disappointed that Low couldn't make it. She would definitely like it, no, love it. We are kinda similar, you know? In a way. My sixth sense tell me she gonna like this type of things and i do believe, although 'she' isn't that accurate, sometimes. I mean, once in a while. Will be going there again for the Extreme one in the future. I will definitely call you along, Low. You guys wanna join? :)

Excruciating pain shot my arms and thighs when i woke up this morning. Damn, it was freaking painful. It still hurts for the time being, but not so serious anymore. I think it's because i overdid yesterday. Hope everything will be alright by tomorrow.

Let's talk something personal.
Did i tell you i watched Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows part 1 already? Sorry guy for not ajak-ing you. If you guys mind or wonder, I watched it with my primary school friends. So yeah. I don't care how people think about it, but the movie is awesome, in my opinion. Don't miss it people!

Are you thinking what i'm thinking? O.o

Have a safe trip to those who will be going to oversea soon. :)

Simply Beautiful

Yo!! Arashi's new single, Dear Snow was released yesterday, on the 6th of October. And I am here to boast about promote it. I am not sure if you guys would like it, but I can guarantee you that it's a beautiful song. And of course, the lyrics is beautiful as well. Dear Snow is the theme song for Ninomiya Kazunari's new movie, Ohoku. =)

Here's the live performance of the song. Oh, it's sooo beautiful when the confetti were flying all around them. =) This video is not exactly very clear, but I guess it's watchable. xD The clearer version had been removed from Youtube. Ish.

English translation

Your lovely face was dyed in brilliant colors
I came to know my weak side, if I met you by chance

If I'm crushed by the pain that is too much to carry
The feelings that couldn't reach you will only get stronger

The snow is simply quiet As if it were similar to you
It flutters down to this shoulder and I smile gently
Because if I were to touch it with my hand, it would surely disappear
I'll leave it where it is and alone, close my eyes to feel you

I tenderly kissed your sleeping face
I couldn't say it honestly, hiding my shaking heart

If I just believe that smile and hold you
The sky will echo with the sound of a miracle

The snow is simply quiet As if it were similar to you
It flutters down to this shoulder and I smile gently
Because if I were to touch it with my hand, it would surely disappear
I'll leave it where it is and alone, close my eyes to feel you
My burning white passion went astray on the wind and soared higher
I wonder if it will follow you to the distant place you are
If you wish it, I'll offer you myself
Entrust me with all the sadness that befalls you
So that we can welcome the spring, we hold each other close
If we melt away, we won't need anything
The snow is simply quiet As if it were similar to you
It flutters down to this shoulder and I smile gently
Because if I were to touch it with my hand, it would surely disappear
I'll leave it where it is and alone, close my eyes to feel you
We can't wish for eternity

But even so, you are the person dearest to me

Romaji and English translation lyrics credits to yarukizero at Livejournal.

Now, I am really looking forward to Arashi's next single, Hatenai Sora (Endless Sky)!

Extras

Wow~! I am so proud that we have 100 posts already~! Mine will make it 101 of course. xD

Okay, uhhhh.. Here are some extra pictures Low and I had taken during the day we went for steamboat buffet. She was working on her AFS thingy and I helped her to type a few sentences about her from a friend's point of view. I tried my very best not to include her "real" personalities, of course but I failed a little because I added in that she will embarass herself to the point that the whole class will start laughing at her. Okay, a bit exaggerated but true to an extent. xD

I shoo-ed her away because I wanted it to be a surprise but mana tahu she was enjoying herself behind taking pictures of the "hardworking" me with MY phone.

After enjoying herself behind she came in front instead. Lol. xD

After that when she took over her own work, I decided that it was time for me to enjoy myself instead. =D

As for this picture, we both put in lots of effort because :

1. She was giggling all the way.
2. She just couldn't and still can't pretend to be hardworking.

Heh heh. =)

Oh, and another one.

The infamous Low Mian En that we're all very familiar with. ^^

The Joy and Sorrow of August

It has been a month since my last post huh?
It seems that y interest in blogging, my enthusiasm in everything,
have evaporated from my body. Sigh.
Gah, i need them back.

Back to business. I have so many words to say but i doubt i can spill it all out in one post. First and foremost, I would like to congratulate Mian En for winning a FREE trip to Japan at the end of the year. Like ding said, i knew that you're gonna get it after you were shortlisted to the forgotten-what-programme. Still remember who asked you all to join AFS in the first place, huh? Better thank that "person"! :)
Not to forget Xin Er and Wendy too. Though Xin Er can't make it, it is still a blast that you got it. And, i'm looking forward to see a slim and sexy Wendy after she comes back from Turkey. *wink

Moving on. Trip to Germany huh? :)
It was really fun, like i said to everyone else. I'm lazy to type it out. Pictures will tell the story. :)
The building behind was our living place for the first few days. It was called the Schloss Colditz Castle. Basically, on the first day we did nothing because we gotta wait for the Hongkong team and Japan team to arrive at night. So we just walked around the street.

This lady was our tour guide in Germany. She was as tall as...Michael Jordan (couldn't think of any basketballer). And guess what, she still hadn't knew whether it was a baby girl or boy in her stomach, even though she gonna give birth in 6 more weeks. A surprise, i called it. I think i'm gonna do the same thing when i pregnant. It seemed fun. Lol.

My jaw was opened widely when i saw the number of japanese on the second day; 55 kids and 10 adults. Never i thought that it would be such a large number of people joining this team. Hongkong team was like us, 3 kids and one adult. I was divided into different room and different group from my team, as expected. Nonetheless, i was glad that i had a hongkong-nese, Gigi in same team and room with me. So when the japanese kept talking over don't-know-what with japanese language, Gigi and me would look at each other, saying 'We are being left out, again!'

This is Gigi. I think she is smart. She joins the school debate and, she is now diploma in both her piano and violin grades. Look, how god treats her and she is now only 15. *envy* I communicated with her in cantonese, since you know my cantonese *erhem* is *erhem* kinda *erhem* good. Haha. We often stick together whenever we go.

On second day, we visited Auterwitz to lean different kinds of herbs. We even cook the lunch, (Fake one lah of course, we just cut bawang and some sayur-sayuran.), or helped to cook lunch.
Look how expert i was when it came to cooking. lol, wendy would probably agree with me, right?

One of my favourite picture, despite of the finger

We had treasure hunt in the evening. Guess what the treasures were; *drum rolls* Empty plastic and glass bottles. At the check point, we recycled those bottles through a machine and managed to earn some money.

Let me think what we did on third day. Erm, we visited the organic farm if i had not mistaken. To be frank, i don't really like going to that farm. It was like going to Zoo Negara. But still, i did learn something from there such as how did the animals survive during winter, how we grap(?) milk from cow, the importance of pig (yupe you heard me right, i said pig) and so on. I didn't post the pictures in farm up in facebook as i think it would bore you guys. Pardon me.
In the evening, we visited one of the 21000 windmill in Germany. I thought we got the opportunity to climb all the way up but i was ended up with disappointment. They just gave us a detailed explanation on wind energy, below the windmill. And this was what they called a visit. :S

Fourth day was all about solar panel and do-it-yourself part. I made one and of course, a success one. I wanted to bring it back all the way to Malaysia to let you all see but it ended up broken. It couldn't be helped.
That's the mini solar panels. If you put it under the light, the fan will turn and that's how it work.

We had shopping here. :)

For the next two days, i stayed with host family. That's the homestay programme. Though we had difficulty in communication, they were friendly and kind to both of us, Hikari, my japanese partner, and me. They brought us sight-seeing in Dresden, some castles and mountain.

My host parents and Hikari.

Malaysia team and Hongkong team,

The ang-mo-lang in the first row was our team's translator, who translate german to english. While the lady behind her was the HK's translator. I got very close with her in Germany. I spent my last day in Germany with her after the Japan and HK team left.

Last picture to share with;
Dresden (!)

Overall, nice experience. This is the first time i go somewhere far alone, without the accompaniment of my family or friends. So yeah. :DD

Gathering in 88 steamboat was a blast too.
I guess i don't have to tell the details any more.
I'm sorry that Xin Er and Ding couldn't make it here.
More sorry i am to those people who didn't get any fun.

Crap! I'm horizontally challenging. :(

Not to forget my sweet 16th.
Thanks Wendy and Shieh Er for the bracelet.
Thanks Xin Er for the lotion.
Thanks Low and Ding for the cup.
Thanks Xiao Yan for the book.

Appreciate it much. :)

A lot of things happened to me recently, but i guess i would put a full stop here today.
Chao guys!
